What is considered emergency maintenance?

Emergency maintenance is any repair item that requires immediate attention and can be serviced by one of our qualified contractors. The most common maintenance emergency calls are due to power outages, active leaks, or a failure of a mechanical system such as a water heater. This does not include life-threatening occurrences such as fire, flood, earthquakes or threats to the personal safety and security of the residence or occupants. All non-maintenance emergencies should be reported to the appropriate local authorities. If there is damage to the property as a result of one of these items, it should be reported to our offices as soon as possible after the immediate danger has passed.
