If I decide to replace the appliances that came with the property can I do so?

Before removing any appliance from the property you will need to receive authorization to do so. This includes appliances that are non-working, as the owner has the option to repair appliances or store them at the property if they choose to do so. If you plan to move in to a property and already have your own appliances, be sure to notify your property manager and they will confirm the removal and storage options for you ahead of time. If you remove an appliance without the property owner's approval you may be held responsible for replacing the unit when you move out, so it's better to ask first.
